We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Renovo Amp Works. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your order.

Eligibility for Return
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items that are used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact Renovo Amp Works customer service at sales@renovoampworks.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions for returning your item(s).

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your order.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a Renovo Amp Works error.

Exceptions
Some items may be subject to specific return limitations. These limitations will be noted on the product page.

Warranty
Renovo Amp Works products carry a 90 day warranty against manufacturers defects. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information for your product for details for product specific warranty coverage.
